With the world now moving into a new era of communication, it's important to have the best tools in place to ensure your job managing your website is as easy as possible and still feature packed enough to keep you up to date with todays web standards. We have chosen to utilize cPanel and Web Hosting Manager control panels for our customers to meet these needs. Below you will find a basic outline of what cPanel and WHM features are available to you when signing up with us.

CPANEL FEATURES
Mail Manager
This is where you manage your email email features. The following options are available from within the Mail Manager
Web Mail
Allows you to read your email messages online using your choice of Horde, Neomail or Squirrelmail web based email clients.
Add/Remove Accounts
Click this option to create or remove email accounts and also edit diskspace quota limits for individual email user accounts.
Default Address
The default address is the email address where all unrouted email messages will be sent to addresses which do not exist such as something@yourdomain.com. This is also called a "Catch All Email Address." You have the ability to filter all unrouted mail to be deleted or forwarded to the main site admin inbox or to an outside email address such as a yahoo.com or gmail.com account.
Auto Responders
Auto Responders are messages that are automatically sent to each person who sends you an email. This feature is useful when you know you are going to be away for a extended period of time to let anyone emailing you know you will be away and not reading email until you return.
Block an Email
You can use this option to "filter" or block unwanted email addresses from sending you emails.
Forwarders
You can use this option to forward your email messages to other outside email accounts such as your ISP email or free email address such as yahoo.com.
Mailing Lists
Allows you to add, remove and edit mailing lists using MailMan.
Modify Mail Exchanger(MX Entry)
Allows you to change the MX record on your DNS file to point your emails to an outside Exchange or other mail server. (Advanced Users Only)
Change Password
Click this option to change the password for your cPanel, FTP service and your default email address account.
Domain Pointers
Domain pointers allow you to "point" or "park" additional domain names to your existing hosting account. This will allow users to also reach your website when entering the "parked" or "pointed" domain into their browsers. For example if you have yourdomain.com setup as your primary domain and also own yourdomain.net and yourdomain.org you can point the two additional domains to point to your primary yourdomain.com account.
FTP Manager
From here you can setup FTP user accounts for your users.
File Manager
File Manager is a web based file management utility built into cPanel which allows you to view, create and edit files and directories in your account as well as change permissions and upload files directly from your hard drive.
Backup
Allows you compress and backup your files, directories, email settings and MySQL databases to your local PC or your home directory.
Password Protect Directories
This option allows you to password protect certain directories and setup users to whom you wish to allow access to. (Not Frontpage compatible)
Custom Error Pages
Create your own custom 400, 401, 403, 404 and 500 error pages.
Sub Domains
This option will allow you to create subdomains from within your account. Subdomains are such as subdomain.yourdomain.com. Subdomains use resources such as diskspace and bandwidth from your primary yourdomain.com account.
SQL Database
mySQL is a database engine that you can use to setup many scripts with your website which require mySQL integration. Most all scripts such as forums, guestbooks and photo galleries utilize mySQL. From within cPanel you will have the ability to create, edit and modify mySQL databases as well as create mySQL users on a per database basis.
Manage Redirects
Allows you to create temporary or permanent redirection to a moved page.
FrontPage Extensions
This option allows you to install, reinstall and uninstall FrontPage extensions on your account. This works with and is required by anyone utilizing Frontpage 97+ to built your website.
Raw Access Logs
This option will let you download a raw access log to your local PC.
Web/FTP Stats
This option will assist you in monitoring visitors to and from your site. This area features four different views of your traffic.
Analog - which basically provides you with a quick summary.
AWStats - a more advanced graphical script which provides you with more graphic and detailed information, and last 300 visitors with detailed information on each. This area also contains links to monitor your bandwidth usage and to access your error log, which will assist you in troubleshooting and debugging your scripts.
Error Logs
This option will show you errors in your site. Such as 404 errors, missing links which can be helpful when troubleshooting scripts or custom code.
Cron Jobs
Use this option to setup automated processes on your account. Some scripts which update things on a weekly, daily, hourly basis will need to have a cron job running, there is both an advanced (direct command) option and beginner option for those who are new to setting up cron jobs.
Mime Types
MIME = Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions. This option allows you to add Mime types to your email accounts.
HotLink Protection
With this tool you have the ability to block other sites from ‘hotlinking’ your websites content which can eat up a large amount of bandwidth resources if abused by someone elses site.

WEB HOSTING MANAGER FEATURES
Service Status
The main server status page allows you to get a general overview of server load, diskspace usage, memory usage and service status such as http, ftp, mySQL etc.
Server Information
The server information page gives you a fully detailed page of server information such as CPU type, memory type, kernel version and server hostname.
List Accounts
This allows you to get a quick overview of all of your accounts on one page such as domain name, username, diskspace and bandwidth alllocated as well as package name and skin type.
List Subdomains
This gives you a basic overview of subdomains added on to accounts created within your reseller control panel.
List Suspended Accounts
This will give you a list of any accounts which were suspended by you as well as any notes you may have added to the suspension.
View Bandwidth Usage
This will give you a overview of how much bandwidth has been used throughout all of your domains.
Create a New Account
Create a new account to your reseller account by assigning a username, password, domain and assigning it a package.
Modify Suspended Account Page
Modify the page which is displayed when you suspend any account automatically.
Password Modification
Modify or reset account passwords.
Skeleton Directory
The skeleton directory is a directory which is automatically added to all new accounts you create, you can put anything you would like in this folder so it is readily available to the client when they FTP into the server.
Suspend or Terminate an Account
Suspend or terminate an account and all account data from your account.
Upgrade or Downgrade Account
Upgrade or downgrade any of your accounts to another package.
Frontpage Extensions
Add or remove Frontpage extensions for any site on your account.
Package Editor
Package editor allows you to create, edit and delete packages you create for your users to allow certain diskspace and bandwidth quotas as well as limit subdomains, mySQL databases, email addresses and all other features based on your package setup.
Branding
Brand your cPanel control panel for all of your users with your own custom logo placement within the control panel.
DNS Modification
Edit, Add and Delete A, CNAME, MX, NS and other records. (Advanced users only)
